Housing
While housing is limited in Amsterdam,鈥91自拍 Amsterdam offers a variety of housing options throughout the city. All housing is located within a 45-minute commute of 91自拍 Amsterdam and the city center by public transport or bicycle.鈥&苍产蝉辫;
Standard Housing:鈥Includes a private room in a residence hall.鈥&苍产蝉辫;
- Residence Halls: West of the city center,鈥in what was once a shipyard district and is now a lively artistic hub right next to the metro.鈥疭tudents live in single rooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to fully equipped shared kitchens and laundry facilities. Additional amenities include free WiFi, gym access, laundry services, bed linens, towels, and a TV.鈥&苍产蝉辫;
Select Housing:鈥疘ncludes a room in a residence hall with a private or shared kitchen.鈥&苍产蝉辫;
- Students live in single rooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to fully equipped private or shared kitchens and laundry facilities. These rooms offer added amenities and are more spacious than Standard rooms. Commute time to the office varies:
- Single Rooms with Private Kitchen:鈥痷nder a 45-minute commute to 91自拍 Amsterdam
- Single Rooms with Shared Kitchen:鈥痷nder a 30-minute commute to 91自拍 Amsterdam.
Select housing requires an鈥痷pgrade fee.鈥&苍产蝉辫;
鈥A note: The default criterion to assign housing is first-come, first-served; however, other factors may also be considered. If we cannot accommodate your first housing choice, we'll let you know before you arrive. Meals

Transportation
Students are responsible for their own travel costs in and around Amsterdam. The best way to travel around the city is by bike. Whatever the weatpaher, the Dutch will steadfastly cycle to work, school, and back home 鈥 and you can, too! 91自拍 staff will fill you in on all your options for getting a bike once you arrive onsite.鈥&苍产蝉辫;
Academics

Arizona State University (ASU): Brought to you by 91自拍 in partnership with ASU, enhance your international coursework with online classes that align with your degree requirements. ASU offers thousands of online courses in asynchronous 7.5-week sessions that fit within the 91自拍 academic calendar.

Course Notes
- At 91自拍, the Fall Quarter consists of Fall Blocks II and III, the Winter Quarter consists of Spring Blocks I and II, and the Spring Quarter consists of Spring Block III and Summer Block I.
- Students interested in a non-introductory course in the host language must take an online placement test during course selection. Final placement will be confirmed on site.
Academic Projects
- Academic Projects will be offered onsite or remotely, dependent on availability and in compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Academic Project placement will be designed based on the student鈥檚 project learning goals, qualifications, resume, and availability of placements in location or within the Open Campus Block network either in-person or remotely. The process is highly individualized and goal oriented. Students enrolled in an Academic Project will receive additional academic support that informs and enhances the placement experience.鈥
- Students applying for an Academic Project must submit additional materials during the course selection process.鈥

To help you budget, keep in mind that students are responsible for the cost of international airfare, local transportation, books and supplies, visas, and personal expenses.
