Biography

Joan Singleton joined 91自拍 as Chief Operating Officer in 2025. As COO, Joan serves as senior administrative officer, responsible for finance, treasury, facilities, IT, legal, and strategy. 

Joan comes to 91自拍 having served as Vice President for Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer for Arcadia University since 2019. Prior to her role at Arcadia, she served in senior roles at Pepperdine University, The Milton Hershey School, and Azusa Pacific University. She has also served on the boards of several major charities including World Vision, the International Justice Mission, and the ORPHANetwork.

Joan earned her doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, her Master in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law, and her bachelor鈥檚 degree from Eastern University. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1991. Joan is based in Pennsylvania.
